What you will be doing as FP&A Manager in Kyiv?

• Report on business performance via controlling of actual results preparation and their analysis;
• Maintain and create streamlined and effective formats for performance management analysis and materials;
• Coordinate forecasting and budgeting via reviewing monthly forecast files and contributing to the development of the annual business plan;
• Use financial analysis and business knowledge to identify opportunities for optimization of operating results and improving working capital indicators;
• Participate in improvement projects to ensure efficiency and cost competitiveness of internal processes;
• Build and maintain effective communications and business partnerships across organization;
• Participate in projects related to improvements and implementation;
• Team management.

What do we expect from our future FP&A Manager?

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance area;
• Experience in team management;
• Education in accounting or finance studies;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• MS office proficiency (especially Excel);
• Communication skills, open mind, flexibility;
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP, OneStream, Power BI/Tableau;
• Experience in Agribusiness/FMCG area.
