Student Job: IT Support Engineer (f/m/div)

Join us as an IT Support Engineer working student in Lviv! In your new role you will:

• Install/reinstall and support of Windows/Linux/macOS operating systems on desktop and laptop computers as needed, ensuring proper configuration and functionality
• First point of contact for hardware (Laptops, PCs, Printers, etc.) and software troubleshooting queries
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to users
• Participate in onboarding and dismissal process to provide and revoke accesses for employees
• Maintain and setup the office network infrastructure (LAN/Video surveillance/Access control system) and videoconference system
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Stock management and office equipment supporting

You are a team player with great communication and organizational skills. You have a proactive mindset and good problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you are able to work from our Lviv office. You are best equipped for this task if you:

• Are a student of the 3rd year studies (minimum)
• Have proficiency with Windows, Mac OS and mobile (iOS)
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and WIFI AP
• Have curiosity, customer orientation and drive for result
• Have a B1 level of English (minimum)
