Your tasks:
- Manage the promotional and retention departments (CRM)
- Organization of promotional activities
- Define goals and priorities for promotional campaigns based on data and available company resources
- Ensure quality analytics and reporting
- Increasing customer retention rates by implementing personalized and automated campaigns based on deep analysis
- Develop communication plans for different user segments, through different channels;
- Control of all bonus activities and their effectiveness;
- Operational activities
- Reporting on the work done.
Your skills and background:
- 2+ years of experience as a Head of Retention, Head of Product or Analytics, or CEO or CMO at an online casino;
- Data-driven mindset;
- Strong competence in retention, marketing, product and analytics;
- Strong leader with advanced people management skills.
