We are currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the companys strategy. The person who will supervise the different divisions and departments, guaranteeing cohesion between the different stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans for operational units to ensure alignment with the overall goals of the company and the specifics of the online gambling market (regulatory requirements, competitive environment, trends)
  • Operations Management: Overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including gaming platforms, payment systems, customer support, marketing and advertising campaigns, KYC/AML compliance, and data security
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improving operational activities, introducing new technologies and working methods to increase efficiency, automate processes, and minimize risks
  • HR Management: Overseeing the work of heads of operational units, ensuring effective HR management, attracting and retaining talent in a competitive environment
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the operating budget, cost control, budget optimization, analyzing ROI of marketing and operational initiatives
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of operational units, including LTV, retention rate, churn rate, analyzing results and making adjustments to plans
  • Business Development: Identifying new opportunities for business growth in the gambling industry, analyzing the market, competitors and new technologies
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing operational and regulatory risks, developing measures to minimize them (compliance, security, fraud prevention)
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all applicable licenses, regulations and standards in the gambling industry
  • Interaction with Regulators: Interact with regulators and ensure the companys activities comply with all legal requirements
  • Interaction with Key Stakeholders: Effective communication and cooperation with the CEO, department heads, investors and other stakeholders

You have:

  • Significant experience (5 years minimum) in management positions in the online gambling industry, including experience in managing large teams
  • Proven track record of successful operations management and process optimization in the gambling industry
  • Deep understanding of gambling legislation and regulations
  • Experience with payment systems and data security systems in gambling
  • Strong leadership skills, team management and delegation skills
  • Deep understanding of financial management principles and analysis in the context of the gambling business
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • C1 level of English
