Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing and consolidating our clients three existing billing systems into a unified solution.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on billing systems and software integrations.
  • Proven expertise with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and data workflows.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define clear, comprehensive requirements for a consolidated billing solution.
  • Develop detailed acceptance criteria to ensure the proposed solution meets all business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, system requirements, and functional specifications.
