<span 72="">You are:

• <span 72="">University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)
• <span 72="">Strong Analytical skills to enable Business Rules proposal
• <span 72="">Strong Excel, basic Power Automate – to enable efficient analysis and populating data
• <span 72="">Business experience in Master Data function is beneficial
• <span 72="">Experience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes is beneficial (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Mass Maintenance)
• <span 72="">Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
• <span 72="">Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
• <span 72="">Ability to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes
• <span 72="">Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• <span 72="">Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
• <span 72="">English Upper Intermediate

<span 72="">With you we will:

• <span 72="">Engage, collaborate, coordinate alignment with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements (including Change Management) are captured and met
• <span 72="">Gather stakeholder requirements, transfer them into technical tasks, business rules and enable execution to meet the expectations, while ensuring resolution of conflicting priorities and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• <span 72="">Support As-Is vs To-be process mapping to identify Change Management needs (at Market, Category, NBS and IT Solution levels)
• <span 72="">Provide relevant, timely update to both Project Management team, Market, Category, Zone, E-Commerce and IT parthers - focusing on risk identification and mitigation
• <span 72="">Analyse current gaps in product information tool (PDH) vs business need of Data Impact and Good For You (others TBC)
• <span 72="">Propose solutions for gaps closure based on SAP Finished Product data analysis, Global Data Standards, other data sources
• <span 72="">Facilitate analysis & proposal validation, as well as next steps execution in collaboration with Market Data & Marketing functions
• <span 72="">Create clear and concise documentation, including process documentation, Standards, Guidelines and user manuals to ensure sustainable operations at Global, Market, Category, NBS levels
• <span 72="">Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders
• <span 72="">Prepare training materials and support localization to market needs where needed
• <span 72="">Execute Internal solution testing, documenting and addressing Test Incidents to respective support teams
• <span 72="">Facilitate End-User training and testing execution - ensuring readiness to Go-live
