For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Outsource Producer to join our publishing team and spearhead our external projects. The role entails ensuring that our titles meet the desired quality standards aligned with stakeholder vision.

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Unreal Engine game development and possess experience in a producer role or vice versa.

We’re in search of someone well-versed in the complete production cycle of outsourced projects, while also possessing the technical proficiency to autonomously design and implement adjustments within Unreal Engine 5. This skill set is particularly valuable in scenarios where a project is partially outsourced, yet portions of the work are handled in-house.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a video game producer, with a focus on outsourcing.
• 2+ years of experience as a video game developer with proficiency in Unreal Engine
• Advanced proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher.
• Participation in a full project development cycle, with a track record of shipping at least 1 game.
• Thorough understanding of video game development processes, project management, and production procedures.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent AAA games and extensive gaming background.
• Expertise in risk assessment, management, and scheduling.
• Ability to efficiently drive projects to completion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all outsourced projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestone validation and meeting target quality standards
• Manage communication with outsourcers throughout, from initial team search to day-to-day collaboration and feedback provision
• Design and implement tweaks and modifications to existing game systems and parameters inside Unreal Engine as needed
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate any risks that may impede project completion aligned with stakeholder vision
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and establish clear criteria for milestone validation
• Deliver both high-level and detailed reports to the publishing team and key stakeholders to provide project status visibility
• Organize and participate in meetings, setting agendas, planning tasks, and disseminating concise notes to relevant parties
