Twin Win Games is expanding its business and looking for a Game Producer.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with the following experience and knowledge: — Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position. — Minimum of 2 years of experience in iGaming; — Good knowledge of the iGaming industry and players behaviour; — Ability to implement player experience into game design; — Upper-intermediate to Advanced English is a MUST; — Ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams and budgets; — Strong understanding of software development processes, project management and agile methodologies; — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; — Experience in managing communication with different stakeholders; — Good understanding of software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies; — A passion for making and playing great games, with an awareness of current titles and iGaming industry trends.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include: — Work closely with clients Product team and stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements and scope. — Contribute to game design and product development with creative ideas. — Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and documentation. — Facilitate communication and planning within the project team. — Demonstrate client-oriented behaviour in the work. — Build trustful and strong relations with client product teams. — Collaborate with the development team to create project estimates, timelines, and risk analysis with mitigation plans. — Support the clients product team in prioritising tasks, bugs, design iterations, and stakeholders feedback. — Coordinate cross-functional development teams in managing features and content from idea generation to in-game implementation. — Communicate effectively to resolve problems efficiently.

Will be a plus: — Experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking; — Experience with slot games; — Ability and experience in creating own game design ideas.
