The company holds over 30,000 events per month in both esports and traditional sports. The products, known through the industry-leading brands, are recognized globally. The content reaches 152 countries, engaging over 40 million viewers. The company partners with some of the world’s most famous trading giants.

We are seeking an experienced manager from the esports betting industry to lead and further develop our Esports unit.

The Esports division focuses on developing and distributing award-winning Esports content, including tournaments featuring popular games such as FIFA, NBA, NHL, Volta, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

We are in search of a passionate esports betting professional who is driven to exceed targets and excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with gambling content and possesses a strong drive to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and implement strategic plans for our Esports division.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to build and manage the annual budget.
• Drive growth and hit development objectives through effective teamwork with the sales team.
• Expand our Esports business through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
• Maintain and develop a product roadmap to offer competitive gaming and betting industry solutions.
• Lead recruitment, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of Esports employees.
• Foster long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
• Provide comprehensive reports on financial figures, product development, team progress, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Align on key operational KPIs with management and ensure their execution.
• Oversee and track strategic projects within the Esports unit.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in a leadership role for at least 3 years.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn market data into actionable insights and strategies.
