Infopulse, part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our team as an Integration Support Engineer for remote cooperation.
We are looking for a specialist who will be involved in handling incidents and helping the team grow within services that are delivered to the customers in different areas such as construction, retail, etc.
Areas of Responsibility - Support and troubleshoot integration workflows according to established processes
- Proactively identify and address issues through preventive management techniques
- Monitor process availability and workflows to ensure seamless operations
- Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with developers and customer teams throughout all phases of the integration lifecycle
- Coordinate with developers and change managers to plan and execute system changes effectively
- Regularly report status, issues, and risks to technical leads
- Maintain and update documentation related to integration processes and workflows
- Perform integration deployment based on provided instructions and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and approaches
Qualifications - At least 2+ years of experience with software support (not hardware or general)
- Previous experience with Microsoft Azure (or BizTalk)
- Experience in Windows Server support, including Windows Clustering and SQL Server
- Understanding of authentication/authorization processes, core knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of DNS concepts and networking fundamentals, including public/private networks; protocols, ports, and firewall configuration
- Ability to analyze and solve issues, not only act from a FAQ (2d and 3d lines)
- Experience working with API Management, Integration Accounts, Log Analytics Workspace, and Storage Accounts
Personal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve complex technical challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration with customers and the team
- High stress resistance with advanced logical thinking and problem resolution under pressure
- Positive attitude with a high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Desire to contribute to the team with ideas, knowledge, etc.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
