You are:

• Able to work in Service mindset;

• A professional with outstanding communication, collaboration, at different levels organizational skills and experienced in project management;

• Experienced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point);

• An expert in working in a global environment and with virtual teams with a strong stakeholder management capabilities;

• A professional with university degree (in applied linguistics, International relations, Communication, or related areas would be a benefit);

• Confident in English on an advanced level (both written and verbal);

With you we will:

• Ensure a maintenance of Corporate Talent Head calendars, supporting meeting scheduling, organizing logistics for meetings and travel, coordinating and tracking expenses;

• Perform purchase requestor role: create purchase requisitions using the appropriate Procurement tools. Make the follow-up of invoices with the suppliers;

• Support corporate travels in line with Nestlé Policy;

• Organize logistic and sets up of external or internal workshops/events/seminars: Switzerland and Abroad (competitive bidding, contract signature, budget planning, logistic, VIPs attendance and partnership follow up);

• Create, prepare and send invitation letters, information and thank you letters, surveys - consolidate surveys and propose actions plan based on survey results to improve the next event/workshop.
