About the project
We are looking for a developer to strengthen our clients team. The project is an EdTech startup.
Tech Stack: JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Typescript, API, AWS, PostgreSQL, Strapi.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (5+ years)
- Experience in working in teams developing startups
- Experience with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as a Team Lead will be a plus, but not required
Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components using JavaScript frameworks and technologies
- Suggest technical design solutions and architecture.
- Provide solutions for performance bottlenecks and other system challenges.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team
Soft skills that will be a plus - Proactivity: advocating for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Great communication skills: effectively communicating with our clients
