We are looking for a “Lead Back-End Developer” on behalf of our client in the crypto industry. This role demands a deep understanding of wide-ranging IT knowledge, a preference for high-load fintech/payments fintech/payments / FX / Crypto Trading solutions, and solid experience as a computer engineer. Continued hands-on expertise is expected from applicants who will stay actively engaged with programming, modern technology stacks, and the activities of the respective IT teams.

Must Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience),
  • Experience in banking, finance, fintech, and high-volume applications is a big plus,
  • Proficiency in backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby, and API integration,
  • Front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks,
  • Utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable deployments,
  • Experience with Light DB, Caching, Socket, RabbitMQ, Logging, Advanced Exception Handling as Tech Requirements,
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn and stretch your boundaries,
  • Open to new approaches and new ideas,
  • Must be a DOer, a curious learner,
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written,
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian is a big plus.

  • Developing and maintaining robust back-end systems for financial markets, trading platforms, crypto solutions, and financial institutions,
  • Leveraging your knowledge of financial markets to design effective technology solutions,
  • Scaling core banking, crypto-wallet, and payment solutions to handle high transaction volumes.
