Marketing Manager

Calaton Systems is a dynamic software development company with a global presence, committed to delivering innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our marketing strategies. This is a remote position with opportunities for collaboration across our international team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Calaton Systems products and services across target markets.
• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage and optimize the companys online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media channels, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and promotional materials, to support sales and business development efforts.
• Monitor key performance metrics and campaign analytics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the software development or technology industry, with prior experience in IT agencies or startup environments, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics.
  
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEO tools, (such as HubSpot), and social media management tools.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (B1+).
