We are looking for a Middle PHP Developer to join our software development team in Chernivtsi or remotely.

About the client:

Our client is the fastest-growing Payment Service Provider in the Netherlands. With their full-service omnichannel payment platform, entrepreneurs can create a fast, secure, and seamless payment experience in their webshop or store.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for backend development tasks, but there may be occasional frontend tasks as well. We work with various APIs, integrating them into our systems, and creating solutions that work seamlessly with those APIs. This includes Composer packages, payment plugins for CMS, and UI payment screens, among others. Another focus of our team is developing and supporting a set of payment protocols for different payment systems. For example, we have developed solutions that implement the ISO 8583 protocol, which is used for integration with payment-processing providers.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a back-end developer;
  • Strong knowledge of PHP (7.4 or 8.x), MySQL;
  • Experience with Bootstrap and jQuery;
  • Experience with HTML and CSS;
  • Experience with Git;
  • Experience with Docker;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher (candidate should have the ability to communicate with customers).
