Expected knowledge and competencies:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner in a multicultural high-tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in creating and setting up metrics.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, manuals, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively.
• Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations.
• Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

We expect you to perform such Outcomes/Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1-2-1, performance evaluation processes, exit interviews, etc.).
• Focus on retention activities.
• Working with teams.
• Consulting management regarding people management issues, providing solutions.
• Participation in HR policies & documentation development.
• Taking part in surveys development and analysis.
• Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture.
• Communication across all levels of the company.
