We are seeking a dynamic & goal-oriented Head of Business Development to lead and transform our sales and business development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong understanding of IT sales, Web3 technologies, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape and optimize the business development strategy, create a high-performing team, and drive the execution of sales initiatives. Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
