Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and contribute to the development of financial processes in a FinTech company!

What is important to us:

• Bachelors degree in Finance (Economics, Finance, Accounting);
• 3+ years of experience in the financial field;
• Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting principles;
• Strong accountability (in everything — deadlines, quality, commitment);
• Excellent communication skills at all levels;
• English level B1 (for communication with counterparties and outsourcing).

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of EU tax legislation;
• Experience implementing automated tools to enhance productivity;
• Experience working with payment systems like Wise, PayPal, Revolut, and online banking systems.

What you will do:

• Maintaining records in systems such as Xero and Odoo (data entry for income and expenses, cash flow consolidation);
• Prompt communication with colleagues to resolve financial issues;
• Analyzing financial systems and providing recommendations for their optimization.
