Simulmedia is looking for an experienced and talented HR Operations specialist with a curious and creative mindset to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to join a team of amazing engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers who are obsessed with building the most advanced streaming advertising platform in the market. As an HR Operations Specialist at Simulmedia, you will be a key player in building our processes in Simulmedia Ukraine, shaping the culture, and maintaining a culture of ownership. This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely, having occasional team meetings in the office. Responsibilities:
  • Help us shape operational & HR processes for Simulmedia Ukraine.
  • Maintaining digital personnel records.
  • Collect relevant information for employee onboarding.
  • Create internal policies and document HR-related processes.
  • Create surveys and proactively communicate with employees about day-to-day operations.
  • Managing office-related requests (deliveries, employee’s requests, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments/partners - assist with accounting/legal-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Work experience of more than 2 years as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience with spreadsheets.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate+ English.
