About the Role

Viseven is looking for IT Researcher to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for an active and motivated specialist to help the Recruitment Team to find qualified and engaged candidates and consistently support the growing hiring needs at all the companys offices. The candidate must be located in Ukraine.

Your day-to-day

  • Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels and creative approach
  • Build up an effective search strategy to find qualified candidates
  • Create catchy emails, test their effectiveness and work on their improvement
  • Track candidates in the internal database
  • Analyse IT labor market and collect the data
  • Sets up interviews

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Self-motivated and active approach, comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
  • Desire to develop and grow in the recruitment area, discover the contemporary candidate sourcing approaches
  • Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies
  • Good at Copywriting, have knowledge in email campaign best practices
  • Strong English skills in written and verbal communications (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Able to analyze information and create actionable insights
  • Team player
