Collection and Accounts Receivable Manager

Creatio is looking for a skilled Collection and Accounts Receivable Manager.

The Collection and Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of receivables. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of collections, restructuring and accounts receivable practices.

Collections:

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers while adhering to company policies.
• Conduct and monitor restructuring and settlement activities with the customers and partners.
• Produce restructuring proposals, analysis, and recommendations on the best way to manage distressed accounts in order to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer escalate high-risk accounts to management for further action.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
• Propose legal action wherever necessary and coordinate with internal and external legal counsel to identify the appropriate legal strategy and follow up on the legal proceedings for the cases in litigation within the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify and implementing strategies to improve collection rates.

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers
• Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address and resolve billing issues
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable financial reports
• Assist in month/quarter-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their accounts and payments.

• A bachelors degree in legal, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Working experience as Legal, Finance or Accounts Receivable Manager preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and account reconciliation skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic legal knowledge (B2B contracting principles and best practices) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English – Upper Intermediate, Advanced.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
