Hamster Kombat
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with other Engineers, Product Manager, Product Designer and the wider business to develop and maintain new product features. Our product suite comprises our Rider and Driver mobile apps and our Hub web-based application. These are being used to power our growth but there’s plenty more to build. We use the following languages, tools and frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Nest.js, Postgres, Docker, and AWS. Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a software developer
  • In-depth knowledge of React, Typescript, Tailwind, CSS and HTML
  • Experience with testing libraries such as Mocha and Jest
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Experience with Unit and Integration Testing
  • Experience building web applications with responsive design
  • Experience with Node.js and/or other server-side Javascript technologies
  • Experience and/or ability working with React Native
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, user interfaces, web standards and usability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
