Immigration Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Immigration Specialist to manage Polish immigration processes effectively. This role entails coordinating and preparing documents for various immigration procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and offering robust support to HR departments, managers, and employees through the immigration stages of work and residence in Poland.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

• Coordinate document preparation for Polish work and residence permits, including initial applications, renewals, and job condition changes
• Prepare necessary documents from the employers side for Polish visas, work, and residence permits
• Work closely with immigration vendors to ensure seamless immigration processes
• Communicate and enforce corporate immigration policies among employees
• Provide reports on case progress, stakeholder feedback, and case statistics to management teams
• Ensure quality work is delivered on time, with or without direct supervision
• Serve as the primary contact for managers, HR, and employees throughout the immigration process
• Deliver full information and provide ad hoc assistance efficiently within service level agreements
• Track and register statuses of immigration cases, report any issues and solutions on a regular basis
• Identify and address process gaps to enhance existing procedures

• 1+ years of work experience, ideally in Global Mobility, HR, Immigration Vendor or other Polish immigration-related environment
• Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and contribute to process improvement as needed
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of effective problem-solving
• Quick learning ability with competency to multitask and initiate proactive measures
• Excellence in planning and organizational skills to manage various tasks
• Resilience and willingness to adapt to changing environments and requirements
• Proficiency in Polish and English languages

• Familiarity with global mobility software
• Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural work setting
