We are looking for Project Coordinators, who are natural problem-solvers and intensive thinkers! As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for pitching different project ideas and taking the lead in their execution. You will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and ensure their successful implementation.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee new, innovative, and critical business projects to ensure that design quality meets company standards.

• Plan, execute, and implement projects within defined timelines and budgets that are acceptable for the company.
• Manage the design parts of projects from concept to implementation (for projects with other PMs)
• Define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and monitor project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop risk management strategies.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and actively report on project statuses.
• Propose and design solutions that improve processes to reach business goals.
• Build project lifecycles from conception to implementation.

Design Quality Control:

• Define and maintain design standards to ensure alignment with INFUSE branding and match stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct design quality assessments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to develop optimal design solutions.
• Ensure that designs meet project and brand requirements.
• Filter graphic design department designs to be approved following the first review.
• Reduce excessive revisions by delivering reviewed designs to leadership.
• Introduce new design directions by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and effective resources.
• Implement modern and innovative design solutions to improve current brand perception.

Team Collaboration:

• Support collaboration between internal and external project teams.
• Facilitate communication channels and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Report regularly on project status and task completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading and managing projects (4+ years).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or russian is an advantage.
