Project Manager for Oil&Gas Industry

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

Project description: Our customer helps oil and gas companies produce clean energy at a profit by using AI and Computer Vision to automate HSE, ESG, and internal operations.

What youll need:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management
• Excellent skills in communication with business stakeholders and technology teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Practical or proven story of successful project delivery
• High level of responsibility and proactivity
• Experience working in Jira, good understanding of its functionality, and ability to use its standard functions
• Good understanding of the concepts of business requirements and software requirements and the difference between them
• Technical background - nice to have
• English level - Upper-Intermediate

What youll be doing:

• Take part in the engagement process (project estimation, creating proposals, negotiations with the client)
• Manage and align customer expectations with project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
• Keep project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, and ensure timely invoicing
• Track and monitor progress against planned work in sprints using burndown charts
• Coordinate and manage the release of product increments or updates to production environments
• Prioritize and populate the project backlog with user stories and tasks for development
• Break down the project scope into manageable tasks and subtasks for detailed planning and execution
• Develop and control a dashboard to visualize and manage project requirements
