We are looking for a Accountant for Accounts Payable (human) for our Ukrainian Team. Finance and Accounting is an absolutely key department at CopeCart due to the large number of transaction processes. Your task is to monitor and further develop the existing processes.

Your tasks

• Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments using establishes procedures
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and communication
• Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers
• Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Comply with accounting principles and company polices

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or any related field is preferred
• Fluent in German language
• Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills
• SQL knowledge would be a plus
• Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
• Ability to drive results in a fast-placed/deadline-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
