Middle Test Automation Engineer (Ruby)

We are working on software products that utilize various technologies to gain visibility over the Clients network and detect network-related threats within the infrastructure.

• Showing at least 3 years of experience in working as a TA Engineer or SET
• Experienced with Ruby, Selenium, REST, Git, Docker, Cucumber framework for testing, Playwright, and MySQL
• Used to working from the terminal in Linux
• Proficient with Basic shell scripting skills (Bash)
• A candidate with excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrating deep knowledge of Test Automation approaches and procedures
• A team player with leadership and delegation skills, ready to support teammates
• Capable of conducting business communication at an intermediate strong level of English
• Experienced with Python (nice to have)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and virtualization (KVM, ESXi) – is not a must
• Knowledgeable of networking (TCP/IP stack, protocols, and networking tools) – would be a plus

• Estimate, plan, and execution testing activities
• Prepare and configure a test environment
• Write and maintain test automation
• Analyze test results, troubleshooting issues, and writing up defects with a high level of detail
• Process improvements
• Containerize applications to create a robust testing environment (Docker)
• Log aggregation and visualization tools (Elastic/Kibana, Prometheus/Grafana)
