Senior Graphics Designer with UX/UI Experience Brand

We’re looking for an elite level graphics / brand UI designer looking to join our team of 15. Crushvertise is a lean but fast growing team (14) on our 3rd DTC brand.

About the Role:

In this role, you will help intuit and lead creative image and style creation for respective brands and website graphics updates. You will work closely with CEO, CMO and the CTO (front-end devs) to improve graphics, branding and overall style and conversion rates of DTC Shopify stores.

Creative Graphics Design:

• Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, largely related to increasing and improving the look, feel and level of quality for our existing and new brands.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding guidelines across all digital and print assets, from labels to potentially new logos and v2 product packaging.
• Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and iconography
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life visually
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design specifically with creative graphics design, choice of color, font, style with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for color, typography, layout, and composition
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually while also adhering to branding guidelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies
